When at any given time if our product is within our warranty time or exceeds the warranty time that needs to be replaced or repaired. Please fill out a RMA Request Form to be assigned a RMA number. The RMA number that has been given can be used to check the status of your products. Customer need to provide the following information on the RMA Request Form: Company name, address, contact person, telephone, fax, email, product number and description of how the product was defective or damaged.
ALT’s technical support department will assign a RMA number once they have received your RMA request form. All products must be return within 30 days of when the RMA number is assigned. Copy of an original invoice number and receipt must be attached and brief description of how the product is defective. Please do not ship out merchandise to be returned without getting a RMA number first. Note: ALT has the right not to ship back any return items without a RMA number. ALT technical support will test all products according to your description. But if within testing ALT finds that the product is not defective we will charge you for testing and shipping fees.
Note: If when in delivery of return items the products are damaged or stolen the customer full responsibility for those given items. Please choose a more well known carrier for your shipping to decrease the possibility of the problems mentioned.
Warranty Coverage
All products provide a full two year warranty from the date of purchase. ALT promises to replace all products that are defective. The warranty does not include man made damages, illegal usage, altering devices, parts changing, add on’s, natural disasters, and repacking of the products. Also all products that does not go according to ALT RMA standards will be rejected and customer has full responsibility for all shipping charges.
Without Warranty Coverage’s
All products that have exceed the warranty; we will provide a fair and suitable repair charge and shipping fees. ALT will not repair any damage items if they are man made, altered, or have add on’s.
Note: ALT have the right not to repair any discontinued items.
Oversea Customer Repair Policy’s
For customer not to get hassled with import taxes issues or charges when returning items. Please write return for repair on all your packages and receipts; this will help you clear customs faster. ALT will not issue you a new product for your damage items. We are only responsible for repairing; all shipping and taxes customer has full responsibility
